How the design gets there

This is the whole difference, and it's worth thirty seconds of your time before you compare quotes. Most custom socks in the promotional market are decorated after the sock is made. Ours is designed before it exists.

Knitting has rules that printing doesn't. Bold shapes hold beautifully. Hairline strokes, soft gradients and six-point type do not. Every design we take on gets adapted to knit properly, and you see exactly how it will look before we start.

You approve a digital mockup

Artwork comes together

You see the sock before it exists. Change anything you want at this stage. Your approval is the green light, and it's the moment the clock starts.

We knit your run
Minimum 6 weeks from approved art to delivery. Real knitting on real machines in an American mill takes the time it takes, and we would rather tell you that up front than apologize for it later.

Tell us what you're planning and you'll have a quote in writing — no obligation, no sales sequence afterward. And while the artwork fee is waived, the $300 setup cost that normally comes with a first custom run simply isn't on the invoice.

6 weeks is the minimum from approved artwork to delivery — not from the day you email us.
Add the time your design takes to come together and your internal approvals to clear, and most programs want to start about two months ahead of the date they care about.
Working to a date on the calendar?
If you have a holiday party, a safety milestone, an anniversary or a trade show on the calendar, the useful move is to tell us the date in the form below. We'll tell you plainly whether it's achievable.
If it isn't, we'll say so rather than take the order and rush the knitting.

What's the minimum order?
100 pairs per custom design. That's the floor for a custom knit run — below it, the machine setup costs more than the socks.
What base colors can I choose?
Six: black, dark grey, grey, off white, olive and navy. The base is the sock itself; your design is knit on top of it.
How many colors can my design use?
Up to 5 yarn colors, and we'll match them to your brand palette as closely as yarn allows. Most designs need fewer than five once they're adapted for knitting.
How long does it take?
Minimum 6 weeks from the day you approve the digital mockup to delivery. Artwork and approvals happen before that clock starts, so plan on roughly two months end to end.
What if my artwork is complicated?
Send it anyway. Our team adapts artwork for knit construction all the time — simplifying fine detail while keeping the mark recognizable. You'll see exactly what we've done in the mockup before anything is produced.
I don't have a designer. Can you handle the artwork?
Yes. Send us your artwork and tell us what you have in mind, and our team builds the design. If you do have a designer, we'll send our art template and specs instead.
Do I get to see it before you make it?
You approve a digital mockup of the finished sock first. Nothing is knit until you sign off, and revisions happen at that stage.
What sock am I actually getting?
Our merino wool blend — the same sock we sell to working tradesmen, with your design knit in. There's no separate, thinner promotional version.
Does the lifetime guarantee apply to custom orders?
It does. Your custom run carries the same lifetime guarantee as anything else we make.
Are these made in the USA?
Yes. Knit in an American mill, the same as the rest of our line.
What about reorders?
We keep your approved spec on file. Reorders skip artwork and mockup entirely — you send the quantity and we knit it.
Can you hit a date that's sooner than 6 weeks?
Tell us the date in the form and we'll give you a straight answer. Sometimes the schedule allows it and sometimes it doesn't, and we'd rather say no than miss your event.
